Project story
Overview & contribution
This started as a way to get rid of the manual, spreadsheet-heavy payroll process a company was still relying on. The system now handles employee records, salary components, allowances, deductions, attendance, and overtime, and calculates payroll automatically instead of by hand. Payslips are generated digitally and every past payroll run is kept on file, so HR can actually see what was paid, when, and why, instead of digging through old Excel files.
